📋 April Recap

April was a big month for CGBA! Here's what happened:

🌐 Brand New Website

We launched the new CGBA website at cgba.club! The new site includes:

• Members area with profiles, forum, gallery, and marketplace
• Member map — find beekeepers near you (opt-in, privacy-first)
• Newsletter signup right on the homepage
• Partners page featuring Hood River County Master Gardeners, OSBA, WASBA, and Klahre House
• Swarm call system and contact forms

🍯 April Meeting: Queen Rearing with Dave Lawler

Dave walked us through queen rearing techniques — grafting, cell builders, and timing for the Gorge climate. Great turnout and discussion!

🤝 Community

We continue our partnership with Klahre House (The Next Door, Inc.) for therapeutic beekeeping with youth in Hood River.
